Held our team building event here on the 16th & 17th Nov for 2 groups. All my colleagues had a wonderful & memorable experience. The courses seems easy! But when you are on it.. The fear & excitement kicks in. The facilitator & staff were very friendly & encouraging. Passionate & able to encourage participants to complete the challenge. Keep it up!

I am very satisfied from start to the end of this program, from my first point of contact through the very patient and fast response provided by Mira (Sales Manager), to the very charismatic, communicative with strong leadership Shaun (Facilitator-In-Charge) and the excellent teamwork by the crew that day. The whole Mega Adventure Team over and exceeded our expectations and we had a very fun and exciting team bonding with colleagues from the USA, Hong Kong and Singapore. The whole process was very well communicated from start to finish and we had a clear idea of what to expect, the safety procedures and timelines as well which is important for a large group on a schedule. The photos taken and freely given to us were excellent and the free mineral water provided was cool and refreshing. This event was very well run and I will definitely recommend this to all my business partners and friends to utilize this platform for an excellent team bonding activity. I am confident my overseas colleagues felt the same way and they will definitely recommend Mega Adventure to their colleagues and friends as well. Since we started our ITQ process to source for a vendor to facilitate our staff retreat event, Mega Adventure has been very prompt, genuinely sincere and attentive to our event needs and objectives. Our evaluation process was long but the staff from Mega Adventure, namely Joy Tang who was the main point of contact, was very patient, friendly and cheerful throughout. On the day of the event, we were also pleasantly surprised to see the well-planned layout of the stage, tables and F&B arrangement. Only regret was that they were unable to deploy manpower at the bus alighting location to direct our staff to the gathering point, as they deployed all their resources at the pavilion to prepare for the event and arrival of our staff. The Adventure Race segment was indeed very fun and engaging and our staff really enjoyed themselves. The riddles at the check-points were also very smart and creative questions! Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we would recommend Mega Adventure to those who want their staff to have a wholesome and adventurous teambuilding event.

The team (Mira, Joy and Shuan) has a fantastic working attitude and are full of energy! It was a great experience working with a team who possess strong people skill and are quick to react and solve issues faced by us. I trust them entirely to deliver the programme and my bosses and myself are very pleased with their performance. The event was a huge success largely due to their involvement.
